Payment Enablement Program The Payment Enablement program provides a suite of value-added switching services to each qualified transaction processed by Mastercard, increasing the security, accessibility, and simplicity of data for participating customers. We are an agile development organization with teams distributed globally across technology hubs in the U.S. and India. We are looking for a Lead Product Manager – Technical focused on Strategy.

As a Lead Product Manager - Technical focused on Strategy, you are expected to perform the following strategic responsibilities:
• Develops and articulates the long-term strategic vision for payment enablement and value-added services, ensuring alignment with Mastercard’s broader business objectives.
• Leads cross-functional strategic planning sessions to identify market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for innovation or differentiation within the platform.
• Drives the creation and communication of strategic roadmaps, ensuring clear prioritization of initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and market needs.
• Owns and maintains Initiatives and Epics in AHA
• Partners with business leaders, product teams, and external stakeholders to define and validate the strategic direction of the platform and related products.
• Evaluates and champions new business models, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies to expand Mastercard’s reach and relevance in the digital payments ecosystem.
