Smart Contract Developer

We believe great engineers ship great software, so we are hiring a Smart Contract Developer who lives and breathes Innovation. A temporary Smart Contract Developer post in St. Louis that values Rust over 5 years, pays $70,000 - $91,000, and never boxes you in.

• Trace an outcome-focused technology bug across three Jest services to the one bad line
• Turn vague technology tickets into crisp, testable Scrum acceptance criteria
• Identify bottlenecks and propose architectural improvements proactively
• Catch the Jest race conditions that only surface under St. Louis peak traffic
• Pair with technology analysts so Business Solutions Group's Mentoring models match real behavior

• An instinct for prioritization when everything is labeled urgent
• The reflex to surface risk before it surfaces itself
• A solutions-focused attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
• Around 3+ years of hands-on experience in a technology role
• Fluency across Jest and Ruby on Rails, with strong opinions on both
• 3 or more years steering technology projects end to end

At the heart of Business Solutions Group is an unfussy belief that great technology software should feel effortless. Our St. Louis team would rather over-communicate than leave a teammate guessing at midnight.

• Our $70,000 - $91,000 package travels with real mentorship, a growth ladder you can see, and the flexibility to clock in from St. Louis or home.

Candidates are being contacted promptly as part of our active search.
