Automotive Production and Prep Associate; 2nd Shift

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a full-time Automotive Production and Prep Associate (2nd Shift) for an active vehicle finishing facility in Wentzville, MO (63385).

In this dynamic, cross-trained role, you will work across multiple stations preparing brand-new trucks for spray-in bed liner installation and completing final demasking and quality checks. • Taping & Precision Masking: Apply wire tape to outline tailgates for clean finish lines and apply double-layer protective plastic sheeting along truck exterior walls.

• Emblem & Logo Installation: Carefully place specified logos and branding inside truck beds prior to robotic spraying.

• Demasking & Quality Verification: Unwrap protective coverings, remove masking tape, clean finished surfaces, and verify that spray-in bed lining meets thickness specifications across all areas.

• Station Rotation: Cross-train and move across various prep, masking, and finishing stations to support daily plant output.

• Safety Adherence: Maintain a clean work environment and strictly follow all plant safety guidelines and protective gear requirements.

• Licensing Requirement: Must possess a valid Driver's License.

• Schedule Flexibility: Willingness and ability to work any day of the week, including mandatory weekends and mandatory overtime at the end of shifts based on production needs.
