General Production Worker / Parts Packer

1st & 2nd Shift Openings Available

Looking for a steady manufacturing opportunity? We’re hiring General Production Workers / Parts Packers for both 1st and 2nd shift in a fast-paced, climate-controlled and air-conditioned facility.

• Inspect metal parts and components for quality
• Count, sort, and package finished products
• Prepare and label orders for shipping
• Use basic hand tools, scanners, and warehouse equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently lift 50+ lbs.
• Production, machining, CNC, punch press, or general labor experience is a plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of O Fallon, MO.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
