Responsibilities:- Develops, implements, and documents personalized care plans collaborating with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
- Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations.
- Ensures effective communication of care plans across the continuum of care.
- Maintains a safe environment, adhering to safety-sensitive standards.
- Educational requirements include a Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree and RN licensure.
- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.
- No previous supervisory experience required.
- Previous Labor & Delivery experience is a plus.
