Clinical Nurse – Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum

Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development. Develops and documents individualized care plans collaboratively with patients, families, and the healthcare team, communicating effectively across care transitions. Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations.

• Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree in Nursing; RN licensure required
• No prior experience required; prior L&D experience preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and 2+ years of experience are preferred
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness at all times

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a healing environment
• Educate patients and families on care management and medication use
• Participate in activities promoting patient safety, quality, and compliance
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and communicate care plans
• Assess and evaluate patient needs holistically, respecting individual values and barriers
