Clinical Nurse – Med Surg Nights

Provides direct patient care in a 16-bed Medical, Med Surg/Ortho Unit, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and ensures safety, quality, and compliance through active participation. Develops and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, considering patient preferences and needs. Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional aspects, fostering a healing environment.

Requires a Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree, RN licensure, and no prior experience. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience. The role demands strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills, along with a commitment to professional development.
