Position DetailsRole: Veterinary Receptionist
Status: Full-Time
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and skill set
Schedule: 4 days per week and every 3rd Saturday/Sunday rotation

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Veterinary Receptionist who can create a welcoming experience while keeping up with the pace of a growing hospital. As one of the first people our clients meet, you’ll play an important role in helping every visit run smoothly from start to finish.

- Jump in where needed to help keep the day running smoothly
- Previous animal experience is strongly preferred, including experience in a veterinary clinic, kennel, shelter, or similar environment
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfort handling high call volumes and a busy front-desk flow
- Professional and compassionate approach to clients and their pets
