O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers. The role supports store management, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply and a compensation package that reflects hourly wages and performance-based premiums.
You will greet customers, help them select merchandise, process transactions, handle returns, and resolve complaints while maintaining security of the cash drawer. Training and in-store services are included.
