As Commercial Sales Manager, you will take ownership of developing and expanding our commercial vehicle business while building lasting relationships with business owners, fleet customers, contractors, tradespeople, municipalities, and other commercial clients throughout the market.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and grow the dealership's commercial and fleet sales operation.
• Develop new commercial accounts through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community involvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing commercial customers.
• Actively identify businesses and organizations that can benefit from Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram vehicle solutions.
• Develop a strong working knowledge of Ram commercial trucks, vans, chassis cabs, and available configurations.
• Work with customers to understand their business requirements and recommend appropriate vehicle solutions.
• Prepare and present vehicle proposals and negotiate commercial sales opportunities.
• Develop strategies to increase commercial vehicle sales, market penetration, repeat business, and customer retention.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospective and existing commercial accounts.
• Follow up consistently with customers before, during, and after the sale.
• Coordinate with dealership leadership, finance, service, parts, and other departments to provide an outstanding commercial customer experience.
• Develop relationships with upfitters and other business partners when appropriate to provide customers with complete commercial vehicle solutions.
• Monitor inventory and help identify commercial vehicle needs based on market demand.
• Represent Lou Fusz professionally at networking events, business organizations, trade events, and within the local community.
• Establish a culture of accountability, professionalism, urgency, and exceptional customer service within the commercial sales operation.
