Service Plumber

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Service Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate will also have a genuine enjoyment of helping and educating customers about their plumbing. This position involves working independently or as part of a team to perform residential and/or commercial plumbing services while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems (water supply lines, drains, faucets, toilets, water heaters, etc.)
• Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency and code compliance
• Provide accurate estimates and explain repair options, costs, and benefits to customers
• Educate customers on system maintenance and best practices for long-term reliability
• Build strong customer relationships through professionalism, empathy, and clear communication
• Complete job reports, invoices, and documentation accurately
• Follow all safety protocols and local plumbing codes
• Keep company vehicle and equipment clean, properly serviced, and in good working order/condition
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely project completion

• Minimum of 2 years of plumbing experience required
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Enjoys interacting with customer and explaining plumbing solutions in an easy-to-understand way
• Familiarity with plumbing codes and safety regulations
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in tight spaces, and perform manual labor
• Valid driver's license
• Availability for on-call rotation
