Allied Travel Careers is partnering with AMN Healthcare Allied to place a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) in Oak Bluffs, MA. The well‑respected hospital seeks a PT who is highly motivated, energetic and committed to fostering a friendly, positive and professional environment.
ResponsibilitiesProvide outpatient physical therapy services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic modalities for patients in a 5‑day, 8‑hour day schedule.
Required Qualifications- Licensed PT in Maine (PT‑MA)
- BLS certification
- Social Security Number (SSN)
- Date of Birth (DOB)
- Two references covering full work history
- Mask fit test and proof of COVID‑19 vaccination
- 2+ years outpatient experience
- Experience working in outpatient settings
- MA license (if applicable)
