Overview
At Summercamp, work should be as fun and rewarding as the summers we celebrate. As our assistant general manager, you’ll be the right hand to the GM, helping run the daily operations of this iconic property. This is a year-round, hands-on leadership position, and for the right candidate, single-occupancy housing is included.
You’ll lead with energy and enthusiasm, coach and support our team, and make sure every guest leaves with lifelong memories. You’ll problem-solve, keep things running smoothly, and bring our playful, welcoming spirit to life — all while growing your career with a team that values integrity, collaboration, and hospitality soul.
Compensation: $75,000 yearly
Responsibilities- Assist the GM in daily operations and lead with energy and enthusiasm
- Coach and support team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Problem-solve to keep operations running smoothly and maintain hospitality standards
- Uphold the property’s welcoming culture and integrity in all interactions
