• Provide nursing services in Oncology/Infusion according to standards and policies.
• Coordinate patient care and collaborate with healthcare team members.
• Act as a patient guide and advocate, ensuring informed consent.
• Collect and communicate patient health data systematically.
• Analyze assessment data to determine nursing diagnoses.
• Develop individualized nursing diagnoses and care plans.
• Implement and document nursing interventions and patient responses.
• Evaluate patient responses to interventions and revise care plans as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
• Participate in performance improvement and professional development activities.

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required;
  Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.

• 1 year of prior related medical/surgical experience preferred.
• Strong IV skills or certification preferred.

• Current RN License in Massachusetts required.
• BLS/CPR certification required within one week of hire.
• Current chemotherapy/biotherapy card required within 3 months of employment.
