Job Title: Senior Property Accountant

Location: Oak Brook, IL - Hybrid

Type: Full-Time, Permanent/Direct Hire

Pay Range: $85,000 - $95,000 base salary plus 10% bonus

Position Overview: The Senior Property Accountant will be responsible for all accounting functions for a portion of our growing portfolio of retail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review ledger detail, record adjusting journal entries and review/reconcile subsidiary ledger activity to general ledger
• Maintain supporting work papers including Property Fixed Asset schedules
• Work with Property Managers in preparation of monthly variance reports and recovery reconciliations/billings
• Review general ledger reconciliations and cam/tax reconciliations
• Review of new lease abstracts and related changes
• Respond and provide support for accounting related inquiries

Key Qualifications:

• BS/BA in Accounting or Business
• 3+ years Commercial Real Estate Accounting experience
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Yardi Voyager software experience
