We are seeking an experienced Global Consolidations Accountant to join our client's finance team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in multi-entity financial reporting and a strong understanding of both local and international accounting standards. This role will be responsible for consolidating financial statements across multiple subsidiaries, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to corporate leadership.

• Lead the global consolidation process
  , ensuring accurate and timely preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and eliminations
  , maintaining compliance with corporate policies and accounting standards.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, providing analysis and insight on variances.
• Prepare management reporting packages and financial analyses for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with local finance teams across multiple regions to ensure consistent accounting practices
  .
• Assist with internal and external audits
  , providing required documentation and explanations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements
  , automation, and efficiency in consolidation and reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA, or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in consolidations, multi-entity accounting, or corporate finance
  , preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and multi-entity reporting
  .
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities.
