Senior Accountant

Base Pay Range

$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

A growing manufacturing company is seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. This role is critical to maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company’s continued growth.

• Perform general ledger accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month‑end close processes.
• Assist with financial statement preparation and ensure compliance with GAAP.
• Support cost accounting activities, including inventory valuation and product costing.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Process payroll and maintain compliance with applicable regulations.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 3+ years of experience in general ledger accounting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Experience with cost accounting and payroll processing preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
