The Inbound Support Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for incoming telephonic inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation. This role combines customer interaction with administrative support, including processing paperwork, maintaining records, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES- Answers and manages inbound calls promptly and professionally.
- Gathers and/or verifies information to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Demonstrates the highest standards of personal and professional integrity, providing a positive customer experience while adhering to company policies and procedures, and complying with applicable laws, government rules and regulations.
- Sorts, distributes, and manages incoming mail.
- Enters, updates, maintains, and files investor‑related data in company systems ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive investor information.
- Researches and processes undeliverable mail and email.
- Researches outstanding investor checks.
- Prepares outgoing mail, including creating Fed Ex/UPS shipping labels.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent professional knowledge and/or work experience.
- Minimum of two years in customer service or administrative support, preferably in financial services, investments, or real estate industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Keyboarding skills of at least 35 WPM.
Hourly Pay Range: $
22-$25/hr
. This position is eligible to participate in the company’s annual discretionary bonus program.
