We are looking for a highly responsive Intake & Scheduling Specialist to join our team and become the front-line contact for new referrals.

Responsibilities: • Monitor shared intake email inbox and respond to attorney referrals within minutes during business hours.
• Call patients immediately after receiving a referral, verify information, and guide them through the intake process.

• Contact the patient and coordinate scheduling, including 3-way calls if the provider is unresponsive.
• Keep accurate records of all calls, emails, and scheduling actions in our system.
• Provide same-day updates to attorneys and internal case managers once patients are scheduled.
• Escalate unresponsive patients or providers to supervisors quickly.
