Quality Assurance Auditor

This position is responsible for the quality assurance of the Records Unit workflow processes, Voluntary Additional Contributions form processing, and designation of beneficiary form processing.

• Process enrollments for the Voluntary Additional Plan. Verify that each participant's contribution percentages plan has been applied.
• Review and enter Designation of Beneficiary forms received by active, inactive, and retired members.
• Reassign Incoming Packages to ensure the documents go to the correct queue.
• Perform QA in Kofax when conflicts arise in the data entry process.
• Assist with testing and development of system enhancements and special projects as assigned.
• Assist with the Offsite Storage contents management process.
• Train and serve as backup for the Office Service Analyst QA function as needed.
• Contact employers, IMRF members, or IMRF staff to resolve any questions or problems that may arise through the QA or audit procedure.
• Prepare reports weekly, monthly, quarterly and/or annually as requested by supervisor.
• Assist in other Records duties as needed, such as indexing, data entry, equipment repairs, assisting other IMRF department staff with records equipment/request functions.
• Work with the Office Services Analyst as needed for continuous process improvements.
• Assist the Office Services Manager with possible tenant improvement projects and capital projects as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $47,653- $52,418. Please note the salary information is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. The range listed is just one component of IMRF's total compensation package for employees.
