** Essential Duties and Responsibilities
*** Drive sales and overall P&L impact for the Amazon business in alignment with business objectives
* Manage day to day activities and relationship with Amazon retail to strengthen overall partnership and achieve mutual business goals
* Forecast demand and budget to support joint business planning with the customer; identify logistical synergies
* Partner with business unit teams, supply chain, channel, retail, and finance to ensure Chamberlain Group’s  objectives are achieved
* Generate and develop new business opportunities; conduct quarterly account presentation to internal and external senior leadership
* Oversee  business reporting; measure key metrics and KPIs to drive overall visibility into trends and areas of opportunity
* Own and manage Amazon marketing budget and ensure ROI performance
* Collaborate with internal teams to integrate Amazon specific tactics into new product development, product launches and marketing initiatives
* Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams
* Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential
* Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
* Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed
** Minimum Qualifications
*** Bachelor’s Degree
* 5-8 years of experience in eCommerce/Amazon account management; experience utilizing digital and eCommerce platforms (Amazon Vendor Central/Seller Central, Amazon Sponsor Ads/AMS); vendor management experience
* Strong influence and negotiation skills
* Knowledge of business financial analysis and P&L management
* Strategic knowledge of Amazon/eCommerce retail landscape
* Project management skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to travel up to 30% - domestically and internationally, valid driver's license
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Master’s of Business Administration
* Experience with multi-faceted, large volume accounts and an understanding of industry competitors is desired
* Comfortable partnering with highly technical development teams

The pay range for this position is $97,700.00 - $; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
