As an Associate Product Manager, you will support development, communication and implementation of product strategy for assigned business unit product category; support delivering brand strategy, and product category management; support achieving the strategic objectives in new and existing products across Chamberlain Group business units.  Education requirements include:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing,  Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.  Experience requirements include: 1+ years in Engineering, Marketing and/or Product Management.
* ** Manage a multi-product line hardware portfolio:
** Set strategy and manage lifecycle for access control accessories, hardware ecosystem (springs, drums, struts etc.) and core mechanical components, balancing customer requirements, cost, and logistics.
* ** Support P&L growth with analytical rigor:
** Drive pricing strategy, margin growth, and SKU strategy; use analytics to guide decisions and improve profitability.
* ** Communicate with impact:
** Craft clear, compelling narratives to align stakeholders on strategy and results.
* Support development, communication and implementation of product strategy for assigned business unit product category; support delivering brand strategy, product category management and integrated marketing planning
* Support achieving the strategic objectives in new and existing products across Chamberlain Group BU
* Assist in defining and communicating the product category/portfolio vision in support of the business unit strategy, including maintaining a clear product roadmap aligned to business goals in the short- and long-term; emphasis should be on fast-paced new product development and releases, sustaining product support and insight driven; product strategy should include both hardware and software focus in order to deliver compelling user experiences.  

Define features through clearly written user stories and requirements
* Help define and communicate the product category vision in support of the business unit strategy, including maintaining a clear product roadmap aligned to business goals in the short- and long-term; emphasis should be on fast-paced new product development and releases, sustaining product support and insight driven; product strategy should include both hardware and software focus in order to deliver compelling user experiences
* Help develop and implement the strategy for their product offering, brand, and channels; partner with marketing, sales, and customer experience leaders to develop go-to-market strategies to win in targeted customer segments; lead the creation of end-to-end operational plans to drive profitably, grow and scale the business; work cross functionally to ensure achievement of product line objectives
* Help provide product content guidance and prioritization, integrated marketing planning and pricing strategies, facilitating and/or leading daily scrum activities, and executing against clearly defined timelines  #LI-hybrid#LI-LB1
