We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager – Transportation to lead high‑profile infrastructure initiatives throughout the Chicago region. This role offers long‑term stability and influence in the local market.
Base Pay Range$/yr - $/yr

- Prepare and monitor project budgets
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Lead project teams and mentor engineering staff
- Coordinate with public agencies and municipal clients
- Support marketing and business development initiatives
Ensure compliance with IDOT standards, including Phase I and Phase II design
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 8+ years of transportation engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Strong knowledge of IDOT standards and procedures
- Familiarity with MFT requirements preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license

- Base salary $110,000 – $140,000, depending on experience
