Senior Wealth Management Advisor – Mid‑West Team

• Manage a portfolio of over 100 Wealth Management clients.
• Ensure high levels of client retention by providing ongoing service, cultivating strong relationships, and delivering regular portfolio reviews.
• Assist clients with complex financial planning.
• Collaborate with the wealth management team to build customized investment portfolios, including stocks, bonds, ETFs, structured notes, and alternative investments.
• Contribute to building new client relationships in partnership with strategic partners.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• A minimum of 1–5 years in the financial services industry, preferably working with high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Proven success in client relationship building, needs identification, and solution recommendations.
• Willingness to travel, including occasional trips to our corporate offices in Utah.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative team environment.
• Extensive knowledge of investment products, financial solutions, and strong presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• A professional demeanor, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

• Certifications:
  
  Series 65 and/or CFP preferred, or willingness to pursue additional education.
