The Senior Analyst, Acquisitions leads underwriting and financial analysis for new industrial acquisitions and supports execution across the full deal lifecycle. You'll partner closely with the Executive Director of Acquisitions and the broader team to evaluate opportunities, build financial models, prepare investment materials, and support financing efforts.

• Lead underwriting for new acquisition opportunities
• Build and maintain detailed financial models (Excel + Argus Enterprise)
• Conduct market research, rent comps, sale comps, and replacement cost analyses
• Support debt and equity financing with materials for lenders and investors
• Prepare internal investment committee memorandums
• Assist with due diligence and transaction execution
• Manage pipeline reporting and acquisition tracking
• Collaborate with brokers, lenders, attorneys, consultants, and internal teams
• Stay active in the industrial real estate community to support deal sourcing

• 1–3 years of full-time industrial real estate experience (required)
• Strong underwriting and financial modeling skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Argus Enterprise (required)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
• Strong quantitative skills, attention to detail, and commercial intuition
• Clear communication and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• High initiative and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance efficiency (a plus)
