ResponsibilitiesAs a financial advisor, your responsibilities include:
- Growing your client base through networking, referrals, and providing excellent service
- Creating personalized financial plans tailored to individual client needs
- Managing client financial plans to help achieve their goals
- Supporting clients through different life stages to strengthen relationships
Northwestern Mutual is recognized for its highly trained sales force. We are committed to your ongoing development, starting with an award-winning curriculum designed for your first three years. You will learn from industry experts, master client acquisition, and gain insights from experienced advisors.
Licensing requirements include Life/Accident & Health, Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), and Series 6, 7, and 63 certifications. We offer pre-payment or reimbursement for course fees and books.
Compensation & Benefits- Performance-based earnings, with average first-year advisors earning between $61K and $119K, and top performers earning $137K to $250K annually (based on data)

Ideal candidates will have:
- Bachelor’s degree
