- Monitor and analyze monthly financials for clients, ensuring accurate data entry into client exhibits
- Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports, including detailed analyses of activity and claims
- Develop and customize financial/underwriting exhibits and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Benefits Consultants on proposals and renewals
- Provide guidance and training to junior Analysts and assist with miscellaneous projects and presentations
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, economics, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of financial experience with a solid understanding of employee benefits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel at a strong to expert level
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently while exercising sound judgment
- Experience in the employee benefits consulting industry
- Familiarity with compliance and regulations in the benefits arena
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in client-facing roles or presentations
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and functions
