Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Assists in the analysis, design, and administration of employer compensation programs, including base pay, incentive pay, and performance management programs. Evaluates jobs, determines pay grades, participates in compensation surveys, and performs associated analysis. Ensure that requests for pay adjustments comply with the current compensation policy.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Participate in compensation salary surveys.
- Use market analysis to design salary structures and competitive compensation packages, including geographic location tiers to ensure competitive pay.
- Maintain compensation profiles in Workday.
- Support the annual salary review and merit increase process.
- Prepare and present reports on compensation trends and budget.
- Analyze compensation data to ensure fairness and consistency within the organization.
- Assist in the development and revision of compensation policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, compensation regulations, and internal policies.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team to create, review, and update job descriptions and hiring levels/ranges.
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to ensure compensation practices align with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in the Compensation field.
- Professional certifications in compensation (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)) are a plus.
- Prior experience with Workday is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in Workday and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Knowledge of labor laws, compensation trends, and best practices.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
USD $61,000.00 - USD $81,500.00 /Yr.
