Your responsibilities will include driving sales and marketing efforts, emphasizing acquiring new candidates and expanding our market reach. We are looking for a reliable, hard working, and results‑driven individual with a passion for connecting talent with opportunity.

• Monday-Friday: 9AM-5PM

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Attend and participate in planning and promoting company‑sponsored marketing events.
• Identify and source top talent for our clients through various channels, including, but not limited to, job boards, social media, and networking.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to understand their personal needs and unique preferences.
• Communicate with dental schools, associations, and other industry professionals to establish and nurture strategic partnerships.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, including communication, feedback, and follow‑up.
• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with respective clients

• No experience required!
• Previous experience in recruiting or sales preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of the role, ensuring accurate documentation, precise candidate assessments, and meticulous tracking of recruitment data.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to adapt to both team and solo work.
• Possess the ability to think critically, solve complex problems with innovative and creative solutions.
