Digital Strategist

Digital Insights Strategist - Health Agency

We're looking for a Digital Insights Strategist to turn analytics into actionable strategies that drive smarter digital decisions. You'll lead measurement, reporting, and insights across all digital channels-helping teams connect data to creative and business outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Develop and manage measurement plans tied to client KPIs and objectives.
• Implement and validate tracking in GA4 and Adobe Analytics.
• Build clear, actionable dashboards and reports.
• Analyze performance across paid media, SEO, social, email, and web.
• Translate data into insights that guide creative and media strategies.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams.

What You Bring

• 4-6 years' experience in digital analytics or strategy (agency or healthcare experience a plus).
• Proficiency in GA4, Adobe Analytics, and dashboarding tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
• Strong understanding of digital channels and testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex data.
• Familiarity with privacy and compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA) preferred.
• Must be based in Chicago and able to collaborate in person as needed.
