About

The Role

We are hiring a Senior Dev Ops Engineer with deep experience in Microsoft Azure, a passion for automation, and the ambition to grow into a Dev Ops leadership role.

In this position, you’ll play a key role in shaping our Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), CI/CD automation, container orchestration (AKS/Kubernetes), and cloud-native Dev Sec Ops  practices. This is a hands-on technical role with a clearly defined leadership growth path, and the right candidate will be mentored toward owning the Dev Ops function across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines using Dev Ops Pipelines and Git Hub Actions
• Build and maintain infrastructure using Terraform or Bicep for Azure resources
• Deploy and manage containerized applications in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) using Docker
• Collaborate with developers to automate application deployments and manage environmental life cycles
• Securely manage secrets using Azure Key Vault, OIDC, and pipeline integrations
• Monitor infrastructure and applications using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights
• Contribute to cloud architecture decisions, especially around security, automation, and scalability
• Participate in cloud cost optimization and Fin Ops initiatives
• Engage in incident response, root cause analysis, and production support
• Define and document Dev Ops standards, runbooks, and architecture patterns
• Contribute to the onboarding of AWS Dev Ops practices as we transition toward a multi-cloud environment

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Dev Ops, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Dev Ops Services (Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts)
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or Bicep
• Production experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Docker, and Helm
• Scripting proficiency in Power Shell, Bash, or Python
• Solid understanding of Git workflows, including branching and pull request strategies
• Familiarity with Azure networking, RBAC, Managed Identities, and cloud security best practices

Bonus Skills

• Exposure to AWS Dev Ops tools and services (e.g., EKS, IAM, Cloud Formation, Code Pipeline)
• Experience using Git Hub Actions in enterprise or regulated environments
• Familiarity with compliance-driven Dev Sec Ops  (e.g., SOC2, ISO
  27001, HITRUST, HIPAA)
• Prior experience mentoring team members or leading technical initiatives
• Project management experience with Jira or similar tools
