LABUR is partnering with our client to drive a critical expansion into Life and Disability insurance. This engagement requires a seasoned Program Manager who can architect and execute a strategic roadmap, align cross‑functional teams, and deliver innovative solutions that bring new products to market. The ideal consultant will not only manage complexity but also provide thought leadership to ensure this transformation is delivered with precision and impact.

• Lead Program Execution:
  Own and manage all activities related to the expansion initiative, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Drive Innovation:
  Identify opportunities and develop creative solutions to position products within the Life/Disability insurance space.
• Product Launch Support:
  Assess existing products and determine fit for the new business line; oversee integration and rollout.
