Westchester, IL – 3 days onsite per week

The Business Analyst Lead will leverage data and analytics to drive business impact within our business units. This hands‑on role will collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, utilizing modeling and analysis to generate insights that inform strategic decision‑making. The ideal candidate possesses strong business acumen and technical analytical skills.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform business strategies.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within business operations.
• Proactively generate hypotheses that could improve business results by leveraging data‑supported analysis.
• Proactively produce executive‑level verbal and written analyses, insights, and reports that support data‑driven recommendations.
• Develop a deep understanding of relevant data from various data platforms.
• Translate complex business requirements into analytical frameworks.
• Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, integrate, and analyze large datasets.
• Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using tools like Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analytics and reporting.
• Drive the importance of data collection and creating meaningful tests to measure incremental growth.
• Analyze and interpret complex data to provide actionable insights that support business objectives.
• Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
• Protect our reputation by keeping information confidential.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
• Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

• 5+ years of experience in a business analysis role
• 2+ years of experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tool
• 3+ years working with SQL with a strong track record of working with complex datasets, including data extraction and manipulation
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable business insights.

• Experience with Azure (or other cloud environments) and Databricks
• Experience with IoT, SaaS, and/or intelligent consumer products & services
