Job Description

Preferred Qualifications:

At least 11 years of experience in technology consulting and enterprise architecture.

Strong communication and client handling skills to manage requirements.

Hands-on experience with at least three or four technology areas and willingness to learn additional areas, including:

Cisco ACI, Cisco Switching, Routing (EIGRP, BGP, OSPF), ASA, DMVPN, IPSEC VPN, Wireless, WAAS, MPLS (Typical DC and Enterprise network build, management).
F5 Load Balancers, Stingray Load Balancers.
Exposure to VMWare, NSX, vRops, vRealize, Windows, Linux OS, scripting, automation, and monitoring tools is a plus.

Experience in deploying, managing, troubleshooting, and confident communication during incidents.

Coordination skills between clients, teams, and vendors.

Deep troubleshooting knowledge across multiple network technology areas.

Understanding of three-tier web applications from a network perspective.

Strong knowledge of TCP/IP.

Vendor management experience with Cisco and understanding of SMARTNet support.

Qualifications

Basic:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience per year of education.
Minimum 11 years of experience in IT.
