As a PMO Lead, you:

What You Bring:

Background in staffing, resource management, demand management, and recruiting in IT services company environment

• Manage all compliance for open role approvals for both Full time employees and Subcontractors
• Manage all compliance and offer approval process for Full time employees
• Audit Offer approvals in the system
• Recruitment process improvement and compliance
• Managing recruitment data end to end for both Full time employees and subcontractors
  • Open requirement reports
  • Cancelled requirement reports
  • Joiner reports
• Work closely with Global Leadership team on below:
  • Managing all roles approvals for FTE
  • Monthly data reports
• Special Projects and reporting
• Supplemental candidate sourcing as needed
