The Director, IT Enterprise Data Governance provides enterprise leadership in advancing data governance, quality, connectivity, and business process improvement across Tree House Foods. Working at the intersection of business operations, enterprise technology, and analytics, this role drives the standards, processes, and capabilities required to ensure trusted, consistent, and accessible data across the organization.

This is a highly collaborative, hands‑on leadership role that combines strategic direction with practical execution. The position will influence cross‑functional priorities, challenge existing processes, identify systemic issues, and actively partner with business and technology teams to design and implement sustainable improvements.

The role does not own enterprise data or perform routine data maintenance. Rather, it establishes the governance framework, drives accountability, and enables business data owners and operational teams to improve how data is created, maintained, integrated, and consumed.

Success will be measured through improved data quality, reduced manual effort and rework, greater process efficiency, stronger enterprise connectivity, and increased confidence in business reporting, analytics, and AI‑enabled capabilities.
