The Project Manager oversees industrial and commercial construction projects from concept through close‑out. You'll partner closely with the Director of PDS and collaborate across internal teams, contractors, and tenants to deliver high‑quality, on‑time, on‑budget projects.

You’ll manage multiple concurrent renovation, redevelopment, and tenant improvement projects, ensuring exceptional communication, strong execution, and a great client experience.

• Manage all phases of construction projects: budgeting, scheduling, procurement, quality control, safety, and risk management
• Lead contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure performance and accountability
• Partner with tenants and brokers to develop scopes of work and deliver on‑time, on‑budget projects
• Conduct site walks, monitor progress, and resolve field issues proactively
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, ownership, tenants, and contractors
• Support preconstruction: bid reviews, estimates, material procurement, and cost evaluations
• Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and reporting
• Drive consistent execution through clear communication and follow‑through

• 3+ years of commercial or industrial construction project management experience (TI, redevelopment, ground‑up)
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building systems, and field operations
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality
• Excellent communication skills with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and clients
• High attention to detail, organizational strength, and follow‑through
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe
• Experience with Procore, Yardi CM, or other construction/project management software (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
• PMP, CAPM, or comparable certification (a plus)

• Base Salary: $106,000–$129,000
