Gentiva is seeking an After Hours Hospice RN to respond to patient needs during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, delivering compassionate care when it is most needed. You will be the primary liaison among patients, families, physicians, and the hospice team while working to ensure continuity of care in home settings.
Ideal candidates hold an active RN license in the employing state and have at least 1 year of nursing experience with strong clinical judgment and the ability to work
