The role requires IL LPN license, CPR and pharmacology cert, 2+ years Med/Surg, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel. Schedule is full-time, Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with rotating holidays; sign-on bonus up to $5,000.
