Salary Range: $58.00 To $65.00 Hourly

Well-Rooted Pediatrics is looking for a compassionate, motivated Integrative Pediatric Provider to join our growing team! We take a root-cause approach to pediatric care, combining evidence-based medicine with functional and integrative therapies to support children’s health and wellness.

We’re looking for a provider for our thriving Oakbrook location, who loves working with children and families, values a collaborative team environment, and is passionate about helping patients thrive beyond simply managing symptoms

• Provide comprehensive, individualized pediatric care with a focus on prevention, wellness, and root-cause medicine.
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic pediatric concerns.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate conventional and integrative approaches.
• Partner with parents and caregivers to support nutrition, gut health, immune function, hormones, and overall development.
• Review and interpret laboratory testing and communicate recommendations clearly to families.
• Collaborate with our clinical team to provide a supportive, patient-centered experience.
• Complete timely documentation and follow-up care.

• Active Illinois license as an NP or PA
• Pediatric experience required; functional or integrative medicine experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for working with children and families.

Hours
: 24-32 hours per week, Monday-Friday
