We are looking for our next best team member to join the culinary team as an A.M. Cook for El Tapeo Restaurant located on the 9th floor of the hotel.

- Prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.
- Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards and production and portion standards, per check from servers, date all food containers and rotate as per Crescent standards, keeping perishables at proper temperatures, check pars for shift use, determine necessary preparation, freezer pull and line set up.
- Note any out‑of‑stock items or possible shortages.
You have at least two years of experience as a line cook preferably at a hotel. You hold a Food Handler certification. You do not shy away from physical work and take pride in providing guests with quality preparation and presentation of the food they order, creating a memorable experience. You are looking for flexibility, so working a variety of different shifts, including days, evenings and weekends, works for your personal life.
