Position: Part-Time

The Sales Associate sets the standard of quality in eye care and eyewear by ensuring every patient and customer has the best experience  role helps establish Lens Crafters as the premier destination for all vision needs in your community.

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
• Assist patients in the selection of frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements, helping customers find the perfect vision solution.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with an optician as needed.
• Actively contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers, management, doctors and support staff.
• Maintain a clean, attractive and organized store display.
• Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, computers, calculators, basic phone and math skills.
• Embrace new technology & change with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to sell using sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Self‑motivator with demonstrated ability to multi‑task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.

Pay Range: $15.34 - $20.98 per hour. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. Competitive bonus and/or commission plan may be offered, complementing a first‑class total rewards package. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and employee discounts.
