Leads store operations to improve efficiency, productivity, profitability, and the customer experience. Oversees operational execution and supports sales performance at a Neiman Marcus store.
Responsibilities- Oversee merchandise handling, transfers, pricing, freight, order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and stockroom organization.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and implement process optimization standards.
- Manage team staffing, scheduling, performance, training, and coaching.
- Coordinate with Sales, Visual, and Brand Experience teams on replenishment, merchandising, signage, and in-store events.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience; luxury retail fashion experience preferred.
- Proven ability to achieve business results and lead, motivate, and coach teams.
- Advanced business acumen and analytical skills, strong communication, and attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office; a four‑year degree is preferred.
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays; role may involve standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 10 pounds.
