As a Security Officer Full Time Visitor Desk in Oak Brook, IL
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will create a welcoming, professional first impression while supporting security-related operations. You will greet visitors, manage access, monitor activity, communicate clearly, and help address concerns with care and integrity. • Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and building personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a commercial real estate location.
• Staff the front desk, greet visitors, verify appointments and access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor records.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other building systems as assigned; report irregular conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, tenant requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, communicate with building management and first responders as needed, and complete required daily activity and incident reports.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
