Required Skills & Experience- 4+ years of software engineering or AI/ML experience
- 2+ years building Generative AI applications
- Strong Python development experience
- Experience with Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Auto Gen, Llama Index, or similar frameworks
- Knowledge of Azure OpenAI or enterprise LLM platforms
- Experience building RAG solutions and vector search implementations
- FastAPI or API development experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline
- Experience with Snowflake and Databricks
- MLOps or Dev Ops experience
- Enterprise AI deployment experience
- Exposure to Anthropic Claude or other commercial LLM platforms
- Experience integrating with ERP, CRM, or legacy enterprise systems
- Background within supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environments
