Fixed Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour. Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available.

Processes data entry and performs clerical tasks to ensure payroll is accurately processed.

• Exhibits fast and accurate data entry skills.
• Collect payroll reports from the MyStaff system for processing.
• Process payroll on a biweekly, semi‑monthly and monthly basis.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Audit payroll to track discrepancies.
• Stay current on all training and laws regarding payroll issues.
• Follow up on changes with payroll; assume responsibility for projects assigned by Payroll Manager.
• Archive information for storage.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
