We are looking for a talented Field Service Power Generation Technician/Mechanic to join our Distribution Business in Oak Creek, WI.

• Completing repair activities on generators or components
• Engaging with customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Perform maintenance/repairs utilizing diagnostic tools
• Maintain detailed records of service
• Adhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies
• Ongoing development/certifications on new and existing Cummins products
• Maintain own tools

• Broad mechanical and electrical repair and maintenance abilities
• High Voltage / Low Voltage experience
• Capable of electrical repair and maintenance with minimal supervision – hands on exposure to working on power generation products
• Primarily engaged in preventative maintenance or basic repairs/diagnostics on generators
• Basic Diesel Engine experience
• Requires direct supervision and review of workmanship quality

Salary rate commensurate with experience. • Apprentice Trained Power Generation/ Electrical Technician (Preferred)
• Vocational diploma from relevant technical institution
• Current relevant electrical certification
• Locally valid driving permit
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations

Minimal level of workshop related experience required. Basic level knowledge of and/or experience with power generation products. High Voltage/ Low Voltage experience.

This is a remote Field Service Power Generation technician position working out of the Oak Creek, WI location servicing southeastern Wisconsin out to Madison as needed.

• A current valid license is required for this role
• Must be 18 years old with 2 years driving experience
• This role requires a 5 year motor vehicle report, free from major violations
