Südpack Oak Creek Corporation is seeking a dynamic and driven Product Application Engineer to play a central role in our collaborative, matrix-oriented environment.

As a Product Application Engineer, you will become an integral part of our team, working closely with both the sales and production departments to achieve our strategic objectives. This position is at the heart of technical operations and serves as a key advisor and support resource—both internally for colleagues and externally for clients and partners.

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.
• Support the production department to ensure product specifications and applications align with customer needs.
• Advise internal stakeholders on technical matters, troubleshooting and resolving application issues as they arise.
• Serve as a technical resource for external partners and clients, ensuring successful application and integration of our products.
• Contribute to achieving the organization’s strategic targets through innovation and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical acumen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
• Ability to thrive in a matrix organization and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in a technical support, application engineering, or sales engineering role is a plus.
• Able to travel on short notice. 50-60% travel required.
