Telcom Construction, LLC – Projects in Iowa and Minnesota

• Assume complete responsibility for the assigned Construction Division, its operations, equipment, and facilities.
• Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders to monitor and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify and implement continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
• Monitor safety requirements and hold others accountable for worker safety, DOT compliance, and loss management.
• Coordinate with Project Management personnel to ensure smooth departmental hand‑offs and appropriate information flow.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in the telecommunications industry or a combination of education and experience.
• Proven leadership in a cross‑functional team environment and strong negotiator.
• Commitment to technology‑driven process improvement and proficiency with Google Workspace and cloud‑based applications.
• Travel is required.
