Project Manager – Data Center Construction

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager for Data Center Construction in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, you’ll lead multiple construction projects from planning through completion, working hands‑on at project sites, and collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders. You’ll manage schedules, budgets, and resources using Excel, Smartsheets, and Primavera P6, and ensure milestones are met. The position requires strong financial acumen, experience in construction project management, and the ability to resolve issues and guide teams.

Occasional overnight travel is required, with advance notice.

$38.00/hr – $43.00/hr

• 3–7 years of hands‑on project management experience in construction, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing projects from inception to completion.
• Hands‑on experience on project site (not just overhead experience).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Smartsheets for project tracking and reporting.
• Comfortable opening and navigating Primavera P6 schedules.
• Strong financial acumen; able to interpret and apply key financial indicators to project decisions.
• Experience with project management tools for scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Comfortable with occasional overnight travel (will be given 1–2 weeks notice).
